The WL series vibrating feeder primarily utilizes the eccentricity generated by the rotation of the pulley, flywheel, and eccentric shaft to force the machine to vibrate, achieving automatic feeding. Counterweights are mounted on the pulley and flywheel, allowing users to adjust the amplitude of vibration by adding or removing them, thus meeting the needs of different users.
This product utilizes a variable-speed motor, adjusting the speed of the feeder by regulating the motor's rotational speed, making feed adjustment more convenient and straightforward. The bearings are lubricated with butter, offering superior cooling and lubrication effects compared to traditional methods, thereby extending the bearing's service life. This equipment is primarily used in crushing and screening combined devices in industries such as metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical processing, and abrasives.
Feeder can be divided into steel plate structure and grating structure. The steel plate structure feeder is mostly used in sand and gravel production line, which can evenly feed all materials into the crushing equipment. The grating structure feeder can perform preliminary coarse separation of materials, with a more reasonable structure.
